Your Responsibilities as a Homecare Nurse: Conduct ongoing assessments of patients’ physical and psycho-social status. Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG), patients, and families to develop care plans. Provide education and interventions for effective pain management and symptom control. Ensure availability of necessary equipment, supplies, and medications. Adapt care plans as patients’ needs evolve. Document patient services accurately and promptly. We prioritize work-life balance because we know it matters to you. Must-Haves for Home Health Registered Nurses: Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of Michigan (BSN not required). At least one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Current CPR Certification. Reliable transportation, valid state driver’s license, and current car insurance.
