Pay: $21 - $26 / hour *Pay based on experience Sign-On Bonus: Enjoy a $500 sign-on bonus, paid at your 6-month anniversary Schedule: We offer both Full-Time & Part-Time options *Part-time availability requirements: We ask for at least 4 weekday afternoons (Mon – Fri, 2:30 – 6:30 pm) OR 3 weekday afternoons plus 1 weekend morning/mid-day shift. Apply today for the Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position in Garden Grove, CA Your Responsibilities Implement ABA therapy techniques and interventions. Conduct engaging one-on-one therapy focused on skill and social development. Create an exciting environment for clients, complete with therapy materials. Attend team meetings to track progress and discuss treatment plans. Utilize data collection tools to measure outcomes. Collaborate with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to adjust treatment plans. Provide support and guidance to the client's family. Document session notes and complete required paperwork. What We’re Looking For Experience working with children. Exposure to children/adults with Autism. Must reside in Orange County. Ability to work in-clinic, in-school, and in-home settings. Willingness to drive up to 25 miles (average of 30 minutes) from the office. Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. Ability to be active and sit on the ground for extended periods. Willingness to complete a TB test and background screening. RBT certification preferred. Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Korean preferred. Bachelor's degree or working towards education in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
