Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles. Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections. Collaborate with your team to swiftly troubleshoot customer concerns. Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization. Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer needs. Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests. 4+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic. ASE Certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles. Drive to meet or exceed hourly goals. Aptitude for learning new skills and processes. Professional appearance and strong communication skills. A commitment to long-term career development. Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 75 pounds. Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head. Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs. Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools. Willingness to walk or stand for the majority of your workday. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. Proficient in navigating a computer. Why Join Us?
