Senior Application Developer & DevOps Engineer Gentiva is looking for a senior .NET application developer with DevOps expertise to join our team, develop .NET and AI RAG applications, and collaborate on solution designs. Overview Develop .NET and AI RAG applications. Provide technical guidance and solution design with Azure DevOps preferred. Collaborate across vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams. Drive long?term roadmap implementation. About You Associates degree in MIS or Computer Science (or equivalent experience). 5?8+ years of solution design, development, and implementation experience. Strong full?stack .NET programming skills; AI development experience preferred. Experience with Azure services, CI/CD, and data solutions (SQL Server, Databricks). Excellent communication, project management, and problem?solving skills. Ability to mentor, manage conflicts, and support multi?year technical roadmaps. General Duties & Responsibilities Adhere to company policies and act as a role model. Prioritize workload and meet productivity standards. Participate in meetings, councils, and committees. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Promote company values and complete annual compliance training. Technical Responsibilities Provide technical direction and mentorship to the development team. Hands?on coding, code review, and quality assurance. Document current and future states for multi?year roadmaps. Manage CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and compliance teams. Oversee vendor implementations and project completion. Communicate plan and outcomes to management and stakeholders. Job Specifications Strong architectural documentation and diagramming skills. Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL, Python, and AI frameworks. Experience with Automation, CI/CD, and cloud (Azure) services. Independent and team?oriented work style. Strong written and verbal communication for technical and non?technical audiences. Detail?oriented with prioritization and deadline focus. Education / Experience Preferred: Bachelors in MIS or Computer Science. Associates degree acceptable with relevant experience. Broad experience with database design, web development, and DevOps practices. Experience with enterprise workflow and application integration.
