Network & Computer Systems Administrator Overview: ViaPlus is a global mobility company in the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) market, specializing in revenue and services management solutions for the transportation industry. As a VINCI Highways subsidiary, we bring technical innovation to enhance multimodal mobility through high-volume transaction processing. Job Location: Atlanta, GA Job Responsibilities Manage help desk requests and provide frontline support for end?user computing issues. Install and configure Windows desktops, laptops, printers, and other end?user equipment to maintain corporate standards. Monitor system backups and assist with recovery testing. Administer Office 365 and support Microsoft Teams. Install end?user software and apply updates, patches, and fixes. Maintain hardware and software inventory, ensure accurate tracking, and submit purchase order requisitions as needed. Perform routine system checks and enforce IT policies to uphold industry and company compliance. Support on?call and weekend availability as required. Qualifications Fast learner with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and follow?up skills. Strong analytical and problem?solving skills. Professional, courteous, friendly demeanor with exceptional customer service skills. Ability to work in an extremely fast?paced environment with varying duties. Education & Experience Bachelors degree in an applicable field preferred; equivalent combination of education, certification, and work experience may be considered. Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities N/A Work Environment The role requires regular use of hands, arms, and a computer. Occasionally the employee will stand, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, and may lift up to 20 pounds. The environment is moderately to loudly.
