The Shift Leader leads problem-solving, seeks help when appropriate, and mentors their team. Prior restaurant experience may qualify you for this role. Responsibilities Lead a restaurant shift to deliver outstanding service and quality, while managing daily operations. Establish and motivate a cohesive team; mentor team members and provide guidance as needed. Tackle problems proactively and seek assistance when appropriate to maintain smooth operations. Help drive profitability and ensure adherence to brand standards and policies. Qualifications Prior restaurant experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team to achieve goals. Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Wendys Shift Leaders: $16 - $18 per hour, based on experience and restaurant location.
