More about our team The Villa is a 70+ bed assisted living community offering residential and assisted living, 12-bed secured memory care, and short-term respite care solutions. At the heart of the Villa is a community of caring staff that provides dignified and compassionate support to each resident. How you'll contribute Assists with resident care throughout nursing areas under the direction of licensed personnel, including but not limited to ADLs (activities of daily living), feeding, elimination needs, and grooming. Answers resident alarm pendants and responds to resident needs appropriately and promptly. Collects and documents resident information as instructed. Reports abnormal findings.
