Assistant Manager Domino's in Troy, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, including shift management and employee supervision; interacting professionally with customers and team members to maintain a positive work environment; handling cash management and financial transactions accurately; managing inventory and placing orders as needed; answering phones and processing customer orders efficiently; maintaining store cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards; training and mentoring team members to improve their skills and performance; assisting in implementing company policies and procedures; resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner; and collaborating with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance. Qualifications include proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, food service or retail experience preferred, high school diploma or equivalent, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in basic math and problem-solving, ability to multitask and manage time effectively, physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods, flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, positive attitude and friendly demeanor, attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, and basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
