We are looking for a Powder Coating Technician to help support that mission.Due to invisible electromagnetic fields associated with equipment used, any carrier of a pacemaker must avoid this particular work area. RESPONSIBILITIES * Setup and operate spray guns and ovens * Mask parts according to prints * Monitor parts throughout the baking cycle * Inspect components after coating for quality * Package product in an efficient manner * Communicate effectively with team members and management * Maintain a clean and safe work environment * Ensure all tools/equipment are returned to assigned place when not in use Benefits * Competitive Pay * Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance * 401k with company match * Paid Time Off * Training & Professional Development * Positive and productive work environment Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS * High School diploma or equivalent * Experience in powder coating environment is a plus, but not required * Forklift experience preferred * Ability to wear a respirator * Familiarity with engineering drawings preferred * Must be detail oriented WORK CONDITIONS Physical Demands/Work Environment: This position regularly requires walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling and climbing stairs. It also often requires pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting 50+ lbs. and working in a variety of weather conditions and noise levels. This list is not meant to cover every possible scenario but simply provide an outline. Employees may be assigned other tasks as needed.
