Primary Location: Erickson Companies, Chandler, AZ Additional Locations: You may support other locations with a small number of users without dedicated IT support. Details will be discussed with your manager. Work Schedule: Hybrid work available after 3 months of on?site training; required on?site at least 2 days per week, with potential for additional days based on business needs. Analyze, monitor, and resolve incidents, requests, and problems, escalated to appropriate global groups or vendors as needed. Document all steps and resolutions, and maintain ongoing communication with end users and IT team. Perform root cause analysis to prevent future issues. Install system images on laptops and desktops and maintain accurate asset documentation. Coordinate and manage IT projects assigned by your manager. Collaborate globally to establish standards and complete projects. Identify and implement IT?related improvements to enhance business efficiency. Prepare user guides, training materials, and site notices following communication standards. Work with IT and finance to maintain budgets and purchasing processes. Provide support to remote locations as assigned. Occasional overnight travel up to 5?10%; volunteer travel for project work. Participate in in?person IT support meetings with the North American team (up to 2 times per year, 2?4 days). Qualifications / Requirements Associate's degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Office 365 administration experience (required); ServiceNow, Active Directory, PC imaging, Intune or mobile device management experience (plus). Experience supporting users remotely with mobile devices, PCs, and printers. Technical competencies: Office 365 administration, Customer Service. Non?technical competencies: Work under stress & urgency, self?organized mindset, communication & empathy, team spirit, cultural adaptability, self?reliance, adaptability, availability. Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow) a plus. Location Information You will primarily support Erickson Framing in Chandler (80%+ of the time) and occasionally visit other companies in the Phoenix area that may lack dedicated IT support. Flexibility to assist where needed as part of a global IT team is essential.
