This position will develop and prepare solutions for issues that affect business processes and efficiency. This role will work with peers, internal customers and external vendors to troubleshoot and/or apply solutions to system issues reported. This role will also serve as a technical liaison between external vendors and internal users. In addition, they work closely with their peers to assist in user requests through analyzing business issues/requirements, analyzing workflows (when applicable), and providing timely results.
