Full Stack Developer

Full Stack Developer Opportunity Our banking client is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be part of the software engineering department supporting innovative projects specifically tied to migrating legacy .Net/C# applications to Java/React. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. Tech stack must include: Java and React - Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Batch along with Openshift/OCP Cloud are a huge plus. Location: DFW Metro hybrid Pay Range: Competitive and must be on Experis W2 (PLEASE NO SUBCONTRACTOR INQUIRIES - due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2) What's the Job? Software Engineer: Java/React Designs, codes, tests, debugs and documents programs using Agile development practices. Provides the strategy and design for projects associated with their technology domain including upgrades and deployments. Utilizes advanced technologies and methods to integrate their technology domain with other technology domains, enabling the creation of new or expanded heterogeneous environments. Develops new documentation and departmental technical procedures. Directs the gathering of performance statistics to assist in determining hardware and communication tools needed to support projected transaction volumes, response time and system availability targets. As an escalation point, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of highly complex technical problems. Leads projects and manages the work of less experienced staff. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported technology domain.
