We seek a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Retail Team. Responsibilities: Drive store sales and exceed financial goals by providing a world-class shopping experience. Educate guests on product features, advantages, and benefits to assist in making informed purchasing decisions. Operate cash register proficiently, manage cash variances, and be aware of loss prevention measures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, assist with shipment processing, stock counts, and product displays. Adhere to company policies regarding scheduling and dress code. Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and follow up effectively. Positive attitude and a role model for team members. Compensation and Benefits: Hourly wage: $16.65 - $19.13, based on experience. Benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and employee discounts.
