Senior Application Developer, Austin, TX Hybrid role 2 days a week onsite required. Key Skills Azure Services Java Liquibase React Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Application Developer (Backend) to join our team on a contractual basis. As a Senior Application Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain our web applications, collaborating with cross?functional teams to deliver high?quality software solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure optimal functionality and user experience. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience beyond degree requirements. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Java & Liquibase. Proficient in Azure with knowledge of services. Knowledge of SQL Database, DataBricks, and Parquet file structure. Develop and maintain APIs using Java and Liquibase. Apply test?driven development (TDD) methodologies. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and Agile methodologies. Expertise with GIT version control and Scrum methodology. Understanding of web security principles and unit testing with JUNIT. Proficient in Oracle SQL database systems and familiar with Apache Tomcat server. This is a long?term contract opportunity for a hybrid role in Austin, TX. No sponsorship can be provided. Candidates must be able to pass a background check.
