Lead by example with service, dedication, pace, and energy. Receive deliveries in the Inventory Room and ensure all manifests are accurate and compliant to map deliveries in MJ Freeway. Report any delivery discrepancies immediately to G/P & Inventory Manager to rectify. Input inventory data, restock product on the floor, and ensure that all product remains in FIFO order. Mentor, motivate, elevate, and inspire the team by maintaining a positive and can-do attitude. Follow and uphold established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain in-depth knowledge of store products and strains, as well as industry-wide product knowledge; train and share that knowledge with team members. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensure an appropriate product assortment, and communicate inventory action items with the Store Manager. Assist Patient Care Specialists in patient consultations to inform on product choices and how different cannabis consumption methods affect patients. Complete and delegate tasks during a shift as applicable, including: Correct cash handling and discount application Verification of paperwork, documentation, and ID for patients Security measures and safety compliance Maintenance of an organized and clean store Open communication with the management team and other coworkers Reporting of team member issues or patient situations End-of-day daily update emails Opening and closing duties Collaborate with Management to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, accurately, and in compliance with applicable rules and regulations, including: Lead onboarding and training of new Patient Care Specialists in partnership with the Store Manager Complete all MOD cash and inventory functions for closing procedures Follow all Safety & Security procedures for opening and closing What We Are Looking For High School diploma or General Education Development (GED) required Associate or Bachelors degree in any field preferred Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills Must be comfortable handling cash calculations and high-volume transactions Physical Requirements Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks Frequently sit and stand Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects up to 25 pounds Occasionally twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Complete any needed assistance including oversight and coverage outside of the assigned region as required Environment with moderate to loud noise level What We Have to Offer Our Employees We offer benefit packages that may include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and 401(k).
