The Rochester Knighthawks are seeking a Merchandise Associate in Rochester, NY. Duties & Responsibilities include: Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist them with questions about merchandise, operate registers and complete cash and credit card transactions, keep the sales area clean and orderly, check displays and fixtures regularly during events to ensure merchandise is well-stocked. Minimum Qualifications for the Position: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, 1+ year of experience in retail sales, familiarity with point of sale software, ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by the team schedule. Compensation at Seneca is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The range of this position in other geographic locations may differ. The projected compensation range for this position is: $15.50 - $16 USD.
