Position: Security Operations Manager Location: New Jersey/Philadelphia Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive salary About the Role As a Security Operations Manager, you will assist in overseeing daily security operations and help ensure a safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with security experience-or strong leadership skills who is ready to grow into a management role. You will receive hands?on training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement within the company. Responsibilities Assist in supervising security officers and supporting day?to?day shift operations Monitor security systems, reports, and incident logs Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed consistently Participate in scheduling, post assignments, and employee performance oversight Conduct site inspections and support emergency response coordination Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and leadership Help train new staff on protocols and expectations Qualifications Prior security supervisory or management experience Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Basic computer skills (report writing, email, incident tracking) Leadership potential, reliability, and a strong work ethic Must be able to pass a background check and any required licensing Why Join Us?
