Application Support Analyst

Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Our client, a fast?growing financial technology firm, is expanding its Support team to ensure continued excellence in client service as the organisation scales. They are seeking one of their first Application Support Analysts to support the North America region from New York a pivotal new role that will help shape the regional support function and ensure exceptional service delivery to their clients. As an Application Support Analyst, youll be on the front line acknowledging, owning, and resolving client support cases from start to finish. Youll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, high?quality resolutions, while maintaining the professional standards clients have come to expect. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for client issues, troubleshooting and driving resolution. Own support tickets through their lifecycle, ensuring accurate escalation and timely follow?up. Represent the voice of the client internally and uphold a culture of ownership and quality. Manage client expectations while adhering to SLAs and prioritising effectively. Collaborate across departments to push tickets through to resolution. Maintain and contribute to internal and external knowledgebase documentation. Work flexibly, including occasional hours outside normal business times and weekends as required. Skills & Experience: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client?focused approach. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships. Proactive, hands?on problem solver with strong analytical and organisational abilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritise and deliver in a dynamic environment. Experience within financial services, capital markets, or financial technology is highly desirable. Prior experience in application support or client?facing technical roles preferred.
