This role focuses on help desk and cyber surge support, ensuring reliable IT operations across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong troubleshooting expertise, experience with Windows environments, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance with Coast Guard IT standards.
