Shift Manager Company: Off The Hook Restaurants Location: Lafayette, LA Compensation: $16.00 $18.00 per hour Job Type: Full Time Company Description: Off The Hook is the only truly authentic Cajun, quick?casual dining experience that offers something for the whole family. Off The Hook was founded with a simple idea in mind: to share our love for Cajun foods and culture in a timely manner. Our goal is to promote family recipes with bold, authentic flavors that represent the region and combine the essence of Cajun cooking with the speedy convenience of quick service restaurant. About the Role As the Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations of the restaurant and upholding Off The Hook standards and culture during every shift. The work environment includes working in a fast?paced kitchen that requires long periods of standing, lifting and bending. Key Responsibilities Partner with General and Assistant General Manager to ensure operations meet all Off The Hook standards during shifts Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant Enforces Off The Hook policies and standards Provides exemplary guest service Uses tools, forms, and logs to support shift execution, document results and take corrective actions when needed Always ensures cleanliness of the restaurant during the shift Requirements for Success Detail?oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may change Can work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work related functions and training Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience Must complete all required Off The Hook company training programs Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred Possess a valid drivers license Benefits Weekly Pay 401(k) 401(k) Matching Life Insurance ($50,000 Paid By Employer) Dental Insurance Health Insurance Paid Time Off Vision Insurance Employee Discount Flexible schedule Off The Hook is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sexuality, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, or any other classification protected by Federal, state, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
