About the Role As a Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store. The Department Supervisor will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues. A Day in the Life Customer Sales & Profit Support the total OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines. Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions. Identify commercial opportunities and work with your Department Manager to act on them. Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that your team actively promotes and sells products to customers. Promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in?store sustainability initiatives. Execute correct fitting?room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns, and exchanges. Handle all administrative routines for people and operations correctly. Fashion & Trend Awareness Keep up?to?date with fashion scenes, trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and influencers. Provide product and fashion knowledge to customers during interactions. Team & Development Share your knowledge and skills with the Store team. Collaborate with the in?store Visual Merchandiser team. Give and receive feedback to learn and support each other. Conduct regular communications to inform, motivate, and inspire daily and weekly meetings. Ensure all procedures, routines, and legal requirements are followed throughout the store. Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back?of?house (stockroom). Ensure high fashion quality, visual, and commercial product presentation with good garment care. Secure good stock levels and provide input on allocation to the Area team. Maintain the full garment cycle from delivery to presentation and fitting?room routines according to internal standards and available technology. Follow best practice for in?store OMNI Services, technology tools, and apps (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store). Maintain consistent price perception by securing price signs in store and sales area. Update and upkeep back?of?house areas (key information, health & safety, tidiness). Be responsible for opening and closing the store daily. Qualifications Emerging leader who enjoys taking responsibility.
