We are expanding globally and actively growing our presence in the US market. Our portfolio includes RF connectors, cable assemblies, antennas, shield cans, and automotive connectors (Fakra). Role Overview ECT is seeking an experienced Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support our US sales team. The FAE will be responsible for technical account management, project support, and driving customer adoption of ECTs products. This role requires strong RF/wireless knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to influence customer decisions while building long?term relationships. Key Responsibilities Partner with the US Sales team to manage accounts and territory responsibilities. Lead technical customer engagements, including solution development, demonstrations, proposals, and delivery. Support project management activities: manage delivery schedules, timelines, dependencies, and communications across teams. Work with partners to gather requirements, identify risks, and ensure on?time delivery by proactively removing obstacles. Drive demand creation and sales metrics across ECTs product portfolio (cables, connectors, antennas, shield cans). Continuously learn and apply knowledge of new technologies and communication standards (LTE, P5G, 5G, WLAN, Bluetooth). Act as the technical expert and trusted advisor for key customers. Build strong, long?term customer relationships while ensuring high satisfaction. Collaborate with cross?functional teams (sales, engineering, operations) to win complex opportunities. Candidate Profile We are looking for professionals who are: Independent, proactive, and comfortable working under broad direction. Persuasive communicators with the ability to influence customer decisions. Competitive and assertive, with a strong drive to win and teach. Sociable, people?oriented, and eager to build strong professional relationships. Confident in challenging customers by offering unique insights and perspectives. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (BSEE/MSEE preferred). 3+ years of technical experience in RF/wireless applications, including connectors, antennas, or related products. Strong understanding of LTE, P5G, 5G, WLAN, and Bluetooth technologies. Familiarity with transmitter and receiver characteristics in wireless communications devices. Proven ability to support competitive sales efforts through technical expertise. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin a strong plus. Excellent presentation, problem?solving, and project management skills. Ability to work independently, including from a home office if required. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Compensation & Growth Compensation: Base salary + Bonus, commensurate with experience and performance.
