RN Supervisor - Emergency Department - Full Time The Registered Nurse Supervisor provides first-line operational supervision of the delivery, implementation and evaluation/improvement of direct patient care emergency medicine and nursing services and personnel in assigned functional unit/areas within a 24/7 Emergency Services Department. The nursing supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all nursing and unit-based personnel and the provision of a safe, caring environment for patient/family and staff which fosters professional nursing practice, shared decision-making, interdisciplinary teamwork and collaboration resulting in positive patient and staff outcomes. Current Colorado or compact state RN license or ability to become licensed. Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's, Associated, or Diploma in Nursing. BLS required upon hire. ACLS, TNCC and PALS or ENPC within 6 months. Student loan employer contributions up to $10,800 tax free Ability to earn an additional $5.00 per hour by participating in our Clinical Ladder program. Relocation Assistance. Mentoring.
