Skills and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 35 years as a Business Analyst, with at least 23 years supporting ServiceNow. Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and Agile methodologies.
