Design for performance and accuracy: Develop and maintain SQL databases for core financial systems, including transaction processing, compliance reporting, and real-time analytics. Engineer precision SQL code: Write stored procedures, views, and data transformations that ensure integrity across high-volume financial data. Keep it clean and compliant: Implement rigorous data validation, logging, and audit trails aligned with industry standards. Troubleshoot at scale: Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in high-speed, event-driven environments where milliseconds matter. Architect the flow: Design and document table structures, relationships, and data pipelines supporting financial operations and APIs. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, engineering, and risk teams to translate complex business logic into rock-solid database solutions. Secure the system: Contribute to data governance, retention, and encryption strategies that uphold confidentiality and compliance. Continuously optimize: Tune queries, refine processes, and find smarter ways to move, store, and retrieve data efficiently.
