Pay Range $85.00/hr - $96.00/hr Job Overview Our Utility client is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics SME with strong SAP WM/EWM experience to support major warehouse optimization and SAP S/4HANA initiatives. Travel to Newark, DE is typically 2 weeks per month (travel & hotel covered if not local). Key Responsibilities Serve as the SAP WM/EWM/IM subject matter expert Lead SAP configuration, optimization, and support for warehouse processes Design workflows for inbound/outbound, put-away, picking, RF scanning, cycle counting Assess warehouse operations and drive process improvements and best practices Support warehouse layout design, inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement Lead warehouse transformation initiatives (automation, robotics, redesign) Develop KPIs, SOPs, training materials, and operational roadmaps Support logistics strategy: freight mgmt, yard mgmt, 3PL performance, returns Required Qualifications Bachelors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field SAP Certification required (EWM, WM, or S/4 Warehouse Mgmt) Must hold two: CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, CTSC, CLSSBB, PMP, or similar 1015+ years warehouse/DC experience 7+ years SAP WM/EWM/IM configuration & optimization 5+ years consulting or SME experience Strong warehouse operations, layout design, inventory control, and automation knowledge Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Contract Job function: Consulting, General Business, and Other Industries: Utilities, Oil and Gas, Information Services Location: Newark, DE EEO Policy Allied Resources complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) affirmative action laws and regulations.
