Their platform enables high-growth companies to activate their data across their GTM stack and unlock better customer insights, revenue growth, and operational efficiency. As they scale, they are building their first dedicated Account Management function. The Role Our client is hiring their Founding Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving revenue retention and expansion across key accounts while helping shape the future Account Management motion. You will manage enterprise accounts ranging from $15k$100k ARR, serve as the primary post-onboarding contact, and play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, renewals, and growth. Key Responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers post-onboarding Drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and churn mitigation Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trusted executive relationships Lead monthly performance reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with decision-makers Identify expansion opportunities through product adoption, usage insights, and commercial discovery Manage the full renewal cycle from commercial negotiations through contract execution Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure customer success and value realization Proactively surface customer feedback to influence product and GTM strategy Help build scalable Account Management processes, playbooks, and best practices Requirements 3+ years of Account Management or revenue-focused Customer Success experience within B2B SaaS Proven track record of driving renewals and expansion revenue in a commercial role Experience managing mid-market to enterprise customers Strong commercial acumen with confidence in pricing, renewals, and negotiations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including at the executive level Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with high ownership Highly organized, proactive, and data-driven in your approach Eager to build, document, and share learnings with a growing team Nice to Have Experience working with GTM, RevOps, data, or sales-tech platforms Background in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment Experience managing ARR portfolios in the $15k$100k range Whats On Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped variable compensation High ownership and visibility as the founding Enterprise Account Manager Opportunity to help shape the Account Management function from the ground up Collaborative, ambitious, and fast-growing team environment Strong career progression as the company scales Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development IT Services, IT Consulting, & Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
