Job Title Enterprise Applications Engineer Location Atlanta, GA Job Description The Enterprise Applications Engineer will be responsible for proactive monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications. The role ensures system stability, delivers timely technical support, and partners with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, optimize performance, and improve user experience. Responsibilities Proactive Application Monitoring: Continuously monitor application health and performance; recommend preventive measures to reduce or eliminate production impacts. Issue Analysis & Resolution: Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues based on shifting priorities, timelines, and available resources; ensure clear documentation of all resolutions. Customer Service & Delivery Excellence: Complete tasks accurately and on time while providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders and application users. Environment Management: Perform application environment maintenance activities, including patching, upgrades, environment refreshes, and routine monitoring. Escalation & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed. Qualifications / Preferred Skills & Experience Candidates with experience in the following areas will be strongly preferred: Azure administration, monitoring, and application support within Azure environments. Power Platform PowerApps, Power Automate, integrations, troubleshooting. Salesforce user support, configurations, issue resolution. WordPress updates, content management, troubleshooting. SharePoint creation and updates of sites, resolving access/permission issues, content management. Work Conditions Onsite Commitment: Required; Flex onsite 23 days per week minimum.
