Senior Product Manager The Senior Product Manager role will report to the Senior Director, Product Management role. Responsibilities include managing Product Manager and Associate Product Manager individual contributor roles, developing and refining prioritized product needs based on insights from market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, business needs and collaboration with subject matter experts, collaborating with product peers to prioritize significant problems to solve, make trade-off decisions, and translate priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, owning the successful delivery of the roadmap and sharing the success of the overall portfolio, effectively identifying and managing cross-team dependencies, building effective relationships at leadership levels of the organization with engineering, design, QA and a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, developing communications material, value props and high-level strategic justification to help explain the why of the product both internally and externally, developing relationships with customers and prospects, gathering and understanding customer feedback on existing products and products in development and conducting effective interviews to better understand the context, pressures, and complete understanding of the problems they need to solve to deliver the right solution, communicating the vision of the product, value proposition and release goals to the cross-functional team and leadership as part of the release planning process, leading and developing a team of product managers, and helping teams remove obstacles, focus and prioritize to achieve their goals and milestones. Required knowledge and skills include translating strategies into clear and measurable goals and objectives that achieve results, recognizing trends in business, industry and market information that reveals business opportunities, regularly proposing new approaches, methods, or technologies that are highly successful, exhibiting customer empathy by quickly and effectively solving even the most difficult, customer problems; as a result, strengthening the relationship with the customer, coaching associate project managers, building effective cross-functional relationships and influence priorities of other functions, providing valuable and needed assistance, information and support to others, to build a basis for future reciprocity; making others want to build a partnership, and using advanced analytics to guide product decisions. Basic qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 7 years of product management experience, effective leadership skills and ability to listen, communicate and motivate teams, and the ability to guide and mentor colleagues for effective decision-making and leadership abilities. Preferred qualifications include pharmacy/technology experience and understanding of technical platforms, data and analytics. Work conditions include working across multiple time zones, 25% domestic travel, remote work, and long periods of time sitting or standing in front of a computer using video technology.
