Overview Galvanize is a biomedical platform company operating at the convergence of engineering, biology, and healthcare delivery, aiming to deliver life-changing solutions to patients and their doctors. We design and develop Pulsed Electric Field (PEF) Systems to achieve meaningful and lasting therapeutic outcomes for patients. Reporting to the Director of Marketing (downstream), the incumbent in this role will be integral to market development of the Aliya PEF platform. Responsibilities Drives launch planning, execution, and commercialization of oncology products. Develops and executes commercial market development initiatives to expand procedure volume, support clinical adoption, and drive product utilization through segmentation analysis, referral pathway optimization, and KOL-driven advocacy programs. Works with the marketing communications team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and create compelling content that articulates the value proposition of our products. Monitors downstream marketing effectiveness, incorporating sales feedback to refine tools and programs. Supports downstream strategy in coordination with commercial teams to ensure alignment in messaging and value proposition delivery. Creates messaging strategies to position and differentiate our product from other ablation technologies. Leads and interprets customer VOC and research to inform messaging and content creation for campaigns that strengthen awareness and demand for our oncology products. Executes strategies for communications, tradeshows and events. Develops and delivers sales support strategies, tools and training material to achieve revenue goals. Collaborates with cross functional teams to identify and foster relationships with KOLs. Qualifications Education and Training: Bachelors degree in engineering, life sciences, or business discipline required; MBA preferred Skills and Experience: Medical device experience is a must; preferably in interventional radiology, interventional pulmonology, or oncology; minimum of 3-5 years of product management in a medical device or biotech company, preferably with downstream/commercial marketing experience; start-up experience preferred; commercialization experience; product launch experience; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to influence at all levels in an organization, excellent collaboration, and negotiation skills; strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex clinical and research data. Other: Ability to travel as required Position Reports To: Director, Marketing Compensation: This role pays between $140,000 and $155,000 per year, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
