Store closing time is 2?pm. We are looking for a Shift Leader Our Shift Leaders are the cream cheese on the bagel they add flavor and hold the team together. They collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, set morale and tone, coach members, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. Whats a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Shift Leaders ensure a great guest experience, uphold food and beverage quality, maintain a safe and clean environment, and foster pride in the team. They also have the opportunity to grow into General Manager roles.
