General Production Worker In this role, you will be responsible for placing raw materials in a specified order into a vat, positioning it under a mixer as per instructions, unloading products, entering data, and creating product labels. You will also dispense products into pails or tubes, cap them, inspect, and prepare them for shipping. Performing quality checks, cleaning equipment, and promoting continuous improvement in all functions are key aspects of this position. Responsibilities: Place raw materials in order into a vat and position under the mixer. Unload products, perform data entry, and create product labels. Dispense products into containers, cap, inspect, and process for shipping. Perform quality checks and equipment clean-up. Measure and weigh materials according to industry standards. Promote continuous improvement in all functions. Essential Skills: 3+ months of manufacturing experience. High School Diploma or GED. Basic math and reading skills. Computer experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook. Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for most of the shift. Capability to be trained to operate production equipment safely. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience in fast food or farm work is considered. Quality assurance, packaging, data entry, material handling, shipping & receiving skills. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $21.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
