Base pay range $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr 60-65/hr Contract with possible Extension Summary Insight Global is seeking experienced QA Test Leads for one of our financial clients. These leads will oversee a team of 8+ testers (mix of onshore and offshore) for a large-scale Oracle Cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience managing similar team sizes and a deep understanding of QA processes for enterprise applications. This role sits 3x onsite in Plano, TX. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 8+ QA testers across onshore and offshore locations. Plan, coordinate, and execute QA strategies for Oracle Cloud/GL applications. Oversee interface testing, reporting, and validation of both front-end and back-end systems. Ensure quality standards and timelines are met for all deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Must Haves 10+ years of IT experience in a banking/financial industry Proven experience as a QA Lead managing teams with onshore and offshore resources Strong background in Oracle Cloud with a preference in GL modules Hands?on experience with Tosca or Selenium for automation. Experience with litmus for executing test cases for UI Previous experience in an agile environment with strong understanding of agile processes Excellent communication and leadership skills.
