Overview Software Architect - Hybrid, GA at Ocean Blue Solutions Inc Hybrid, 600 West Peachtree St., Atlanta, GA 30308 Submission Due Date: 09/08/2025 Responsibilities Assist in planning, scheduling of team resources, status reporting, and completion of documentation for team assignments and projects. Analyze and develop work or project plans for team assignments. Supervise the work assignments of subordinates. Coordinate the integrated systems integrity, provide coordination and project structure between users of Information Services and third-party software vendors or programmers, provide systems and installation support and user training. Develop and control project schedules and assign responsibilities where appropriate. Participate in all aspects of software development, systems design and analysis, and project planning and management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related specialty from an accredited college or university Ten years of job-specific experience that includes system analysis, design and development, and relationship management Additional Requirements Software Development: Understanding software development principles and methodologies; ability to work across multiple platforms Programming Languages: Proficiency in various programming languages Cloud Technologies: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Databases: Knowledge of database design and data modeling DevOps and CI/CD: Understanding DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Security Principles: Strong understanding of security principles Architectural Styles and Patterns: Familiarity with microservices, monolithic, client-server and related design patterns Test Automation Tools: Experience with test automation tools Soft Skills Communication: Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Problem-solving: Analytical and problem-solving abilities Leadership: Ability to lead and collaborate with development teams Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements Stakeholder Management: Managing expectations and collaboration with stakeholders Time Management and Prioritization: Meet deadlines and deliver quality solutions Teamwork Working effectively with a team to deliver successful applications Critical Thinking: Analyzing situations and making informed decisions Continuous Learning Staying updated with new technologies and methodologies.
