Job Description: This role is built for a strong, people?centered leader who can run a fast?moving service location with confidence and clarity. As General Manager of our flagship Clarksville location, youll lead the team, drive the daily operational plan, and make sure our schedules, systems, and service standards are executed at a high level. Youll work closely with our Managing Director and be supported by an Assistant Operations Manager and Operations VA, giving you the structure and team you need to lead effectively. A key part of your impact will come from shaping team culture, developing leaders, and creating an environment where people love to work and stay. At this time, you can expect to: Own the P&L for the location by monitoring costs, performance drivers, and weekly targets. Lead, develop, and support the team to ensure high performance and a strong, positive culture. Own location?level hiring decisions and oversee staffing, onboarding, and personnel management. Run the daily operational plan and ensure schedules, systems, and processes are executed at the highest level. Oversee training, coaching, and development for team members and leaders. Monitor key performance indicators, including cost of services, schedules, service quality, and customer experience. Review weekly and monthly performance reports and use insights to drive improvements. Ensure compliance with cleaning processes, safety standards, and operating procedures. Support jobsite visits, inspections, and escalations to maintain service quality. Partner with CX, sales, and company leadership to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction. Lead weekly meetings and maintain a strong operational cadence throughout the location. Approve timesheets, payroll reports, and PTO requests in alignment with company policy. Identify opportunities to improve operations, increase efficiency, and elevate overall performance. Starting Base Pay is 75k + bonus opportunities up to 20% tied to performance.
