Description Warehouse Associate (Order Selector) Salt Lake City ($20.75) What Youll Do: Youll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether youre loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, youll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time. In This Role Youll: All Associates: Safely operate material handling equipment: pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift) Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify accuracy of orders and product quality Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols Selector (Picker) Specific: Accurately pick, lift, and place products to build pallets per customer orders Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely in high-traffic warehouse areas Visually inspect and verify all incoming/outgoing product Maintain safety, productivity, and cleanliness standards at all times Read labels, count product, and complete order paperwork Support team with cleaning and additional duties as needed What Youll Bring All Associates: Comfort working in varying temperatures including freezer and cooler environments Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred Selector (Picker) Specific: Valid forklift certification and 6+ months of safe equipment operation Strong reading/math skills for labeling, counting, and documentation Use a voice-directed picking system (Vo Collect headset) to accurately select and prepare customer orders Schedule & Setting: Shifts starting at: 7:00AM can run 10-12 hours Full time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 F to 38 F) Primarily a 4-day work week Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods Pay & Benefits: $20.75/hour Weekly pay (every Friday) Health, dental, and vision benefits available after 30 days 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and more Company-provided uniforms and work shoes Why Join Us: Were not just in the business of distribution - were in the business of development.
