Principal Product Manager, Law Enforcement & Enterprise Collaboration Seattle, Washington, United States Your Impact As Principal Product Manager Law Enforcement & Enterprise Collaboration, you will define and execute the strategy for collaboration tools that securely connect enterprise customers and law enforcement in real time. You will focus on delivering high-confidence alerting, seamless incident data sharing, and coordinated workflows that drive operational impact for both enterprise security teams and public safety responders. You will work with customers, industry partners, and internal teams to design solutions that remove silos, build trust, and make cross-agency coordination a default capability. What Youll Do Own the product strategy and roadmap for law enforcement and enterprise collaboration within Axons RTO portfolio. Design and deliver secure, scalable collaboration experiences for real-time alerting, data sharing, and joint operational workflows. Engage directly with enterprise security leaders, GSOC operators, and public safety agencies to understand communication challenges, interoperability gaps, and operational priorities. Define detailed product requirements that ensure compliance with enterprise IT, law enforcement standards, and privacy/security regulations. Partner with engineering, design, deployment, customer success, and sales engineering teams to build solutions that drive adoption and deliver measurable operational value. Develop scalable onboarding, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure information exchange between enterprise and public safety stakeholders. Track and analyze product performance metrics such as adoption rate, cross-agency engagement, incident resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Serve as an advocate for public-private collaboration both inside Axon and externally at industry events and with key partners. Identify and manage integration opportunities with Axon and third-party systems to extend the reach and impact of collaboration capabilities. What Success Looks Like Operational impact: Law enforcement and enterprise users can seamlessly connect, share information, and coordinate during incidents without friction. Adoption at scale: Collaboration features are deployed across multiple industries and geographies, with high usage rates and measurable response improvements. Trusted interoperability: Customers trust Axon to enable secure, compliant, and reliable connections between public and private security teams. Market leadership: Axon becomes the go-to provider for real-time, cross-agency security collaboration. What You Bring 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ideally in public safety, physical security, or collaboration platforms. Proven ability to define and deliver customer-facing products that require high security, compliance, and interoperability standards. Experience building or integrating communication, alerting, or data-sharing systems used in mission-critical environments. Strong technical fluency in real-time communications, IoT, or video/data streaming technologies. Deep understanding of both enterprise security operations and law enforcement workflows. Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders across technical and operational domains. Confidence engaging with customers ranging from front-line operators to executive leadership. Clear, concise communication skills and a track record of translating complex requirements into actionable product plans. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 162,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 259,200 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
