The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare domain expertise, particularly in SNAP and Medicaid programs, and will play a key role in requirements gathering, documentation, project controls, and stakeholder alignment. This role requires someone highly skilled in translating complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements while working closely with project managers, developers, and executive stakeholders.
