We offer competitive pay plus a monthly bonus* *Note on Location: You will be working on-site at our location in Washington, D.C. This is not a remote position.** *Note on Pay Transparency: The pay range for this role is $22.00 hourly, plus a potential monthly bonus.***WHAT YOULL BE WORKING ON**RETAIL* Work with the management team to maintain the integrity of the space. (i.e., cleaning, moving, and receiving inventory)* Assist with planning and executing events & community programs.* Assist with suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service.* Ability to lift 50 lbs. and be on your feet all day.DIGITAL* Engage in daily digital sales activities, including conducting sales through chats, phones, and virtual appointments.* Follow up with customers through the CRM platform and ensure a wholesome experience by being a resource to them.* Assist the team with managing the daily workload of responding to customer emails.OVERALL* Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise; stay up-to-date with all products and procedures.* Work with the team and individually to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and OKRs.* Bring a customer-centered approach to executing on sales goals.* Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams such as tech, marketing, design, and product in order to constantly improve the customer experience.* Accept and implement coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals.* Assist guests and provide an exceptional customer experience unlike any other in our industry* Perform other duties as assigned.**WHAT YOU BRING*** Customer service or retail experience is a plus.* An amazing attitude, a passion for learning, and a desire to be a part of a growing business set out to change the world* Experience responding to live chats and using a CRM platform (TalkDesk, Intercom, Kustomer, etc.) is a plus.* Experience tracking KPIs or sales goals is a plus* Be passionate about our brands values of healthy living, environmental awareness, and social responsibility.* Excellent verbal and written communicator with a passion for people.* Positive attitude and possesses a no-task-too-small mentality.* Self-starter; resilient, entrepreneurial spirit.* Eager to be at the frontline of a fast-paced and growing brand.* Mac and Google Suite proficiency is also a plus* Must be comfortable taking phone and video appointments.* Must have a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.* Caf experience, training experience, and experience running branded events is a plus* Regular and predictable attendance.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*** Stationary position: Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time.* Move: This role involves moving throughout the retail space to meet with different team members and customers.* Operate: Constantly operates a computer and other office machines such as printers and tablets.* Communicate: This role frequently communicates with other team members to update on the status of a task.**WHAT WE OFFER YOU*** Medical (HMO, PPO, HSA), Dental, Vision* 100% Employer-Paid Life Insurance* 401(k) with employer match* PTO* Volunteer days* Employee product discount* Annual Bonus Plan* Training and Tools to be successful, along with a strong partnership from your peers and leaders* Access to wellness apps* Referral Bonus* Opportunity to grow* Be part of the change.
