Lead Application Developer. Were looking for a Lead Application Developer to take a hands?on role in designing, building, and optimizing enterprise software solutions. This position combines technical depth, architectural insight, and mentorship, supporting teams through all phases of development while helping shape the organizations technology roadmap. What Youll Do Lead and mentor development teams, promoting clean, maintainable, and scalable code practices. Design, develop, and integrate complex business applications across multiple systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into actionable technology solutions. Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Research emerging tools and frameworks to recommend improvements in performance, security, and flexibility. Create and execute test plans to ensure systems meet technical and operational standards. Contribute to Agile planning sessions and drive delivery across the full software development lifecycle. What You Bring Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of professional development experience with C#, ASP.NET, and Python. Strong understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and relational databases (preferably SQL Server). Hands?on experience using Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps/TFS. Broad knowledge of application design, infrastructure concepts, and modern development practices. Excellent analytical, problem?solving, and communication skills.
