Substantial knowledge of the end-to-end investment operations lifecycle across asset classes, including the processes, workflows, and investment platforms/systems used to support the investment business. Experience of post Trade Processing in SimCorp Dimension would be a significant plus. Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to gather, draft, and validate business requirements and workflows, and assist with the functional design of solutions. Develop, execute, and document user test plans and organize and oversee end-user testing and acceptance. In partnership with technology, end users, and other stakeholders, manage and execute functional testing of system enhancements/changes resulting from the work effort. Develop, and/or assist in the development of end-user training materials and coordinate/conduct user training. Pro-active communication to project team, stakeholders, senior management, and the wider organization. Managing expectations is key. Escalate issues and risks accordingly and help drive their resolution providing input as needed. Prepare well-structured materials and audience-appropriate messaging. Experience with other Portfolio Management/Risk Management systems: o e.g., Blackrock Aladdin, FactSet, MSCI. Experience with Order/Execution Management systems: o e.g., Charles River, Flex ONE, etc. Experience with Enterprise Management systems for Finance & HR: o e.g., Workday, SAP, etc. Key Skills: Experience in configuring, connecting, enhancing, and implementing a main platform for portfolio management, trading, compliance, and operations, and finance - supporting a variety of investment instruments. Responsibilities: Role will be to focus on implementation, integration, and process improvement efforts across the End-to-End process. Functionally, pre and post trade processing, position management and performance, finance, and other areas of support. Project Overview: multi-year project to implement a best of breed platform that will support its public markets and asset allocation strategies. New implementation of an OMS/EMS as well as support the insourcing of various middle office functions to support an internal Investment Book of Record (IBOR). #J-18808-Ljbffr
