Join our team Position Shift Leader Day in the Life Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. We empower Shift Leaders to take charge, set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members when needed. Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision. The team takes pride in ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served and in keeping a safe and clean store environment. As a Shift Leader, youll have the opportunity to rise like one of our bagels and grow your careermany General Managers started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
