Job Details Level: Entry Job Location: Paso Robles - Paso Robles, CA Position Type: Part Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $16.50 - $18.00 Hourly Job Summary Our Brewery Emporium serves as a haven for the ultimate craft beer connoisseur who seeks to delve deeper into the world of craft beer and beer education. The emporium offers educational materials, and exclusive apparel. The emporium is our dedication to the art of craft beer through a robust offering of higher-end products and experience with Firestone Walker. We are looking for a part-time associate to provide a welcoming and educational experience to guests with the ability to impact knowledge of brewing, products, and beer in general. They should be a conduit for education and an enjoyable atmosphere that employs the Destination Paso theme. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Specifically, the responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following activities: Provide inventory management using our POS system to include planning and stocking Complete front and back-end operations Provide excellent customer service including educating and informing customers on our beer, history and products for sale Maintain a working knowledge of beer and brewing in general and specifically knowledge of Firestone Walkers beers Maintain order and cleanliness of emporium at all times Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent and prior experience in retail and customer service Must be able to obtain California Responsible Beverage Service certification within 60 days of hire Self?motivated, organized and goal oriented Strong customer service skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time Must be at least 21 years old What Firestone Walker Offers Opportunity to be part of the beer world and its fun community Hourly wage, plus tips Salary Range: $16.50-18.00/hour 50% off employee discount on food, beer, and merchandise Periodic beer giveaways for employees 21+ Inclusive company culture that values and develops our employees Paid Sick Leave 401(k) retirement plan including company paid profit sharing & 4% matching (21+) Please submit your resume with your work experience when applying.
