Base Pay Range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr About the Opportunity Our client, a rapidly growing provider of automotive robotic equipment, is seeking a Regional Account Manager to support customers throughout the Midwest region. This role offers the chance to represent advanced automation technology used by major automotive manufacturers while building long?term relationships with industry partners. The Role This position is remote within the Midwest but requires regular travel for customer visits, demonstrations, and on?site support. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with automotive robotics customers across the Midwest. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEM and Tier suppliers. Conduct on?site product demonstrations and provide technical support during customer evaluations. Develop territory plans and manage travel scheduling to meet account objectives. Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals and solutions. Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings, and facility visits. Deliver accurate reporting on sales activities and pipeline development. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in robotics, automation, or industrial equipment. Background in field service, applications engineering, or technical sales. Strong understanding of automation systems and robotic applications. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to customers. Comfort with travel throughout the Midwest region. Self?directed work style with strong organizational habits.
