Experience Required Expert knowledge of the Defense Readiness Reporting System-Marine Corps (DRRS-MC) Expert knowledge of the Defense Readiness Reporting System-Strategic (DRRS-S) Expert knowledge of Marine Readiness Management Output Tool (MRMOT) Expert knowledge of Marine Corps Readiness Tool (MCRT) Expert knowledge of Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) Expert knowledge of the readiness and capabilities of MARCENT and Marine Corps forces in the CENTCOM AOR Ten years military experience Job Objective Support the United States Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and subordinate commands under a five-year contract. The role involves supporting MARCENT's operations, readiness, personnel recovery, and force protection in the CENTCOM AOR, both within the US and OCONUS. Responsibilities Provide analysis services in support of the Defense Readiness Reporting System. Review deployment capabilities, analyze readiness factors, develop training, and assist in monitoring USMC units in the CENTCOM AOR. Monitor feedback from operational units, review after-action reports, and develop corrective actions. Develop readiness assessments and ensure timely submission of reports. Education & Certification Must possess a current US Passport with ability to travel and work overseas. Meet certification requirements under OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01, and Air Force Manual 17-1301. Security Clearance Must possess a SECRET Security Clearance. Work Location MARCENT, MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida. Travel required to various countries supporting US military operations in the CENTCOM AOR.
