Strategic Account Manager, Shawgrass Golf Join to apply for the Strategic Account Manager, Shawgrass Golf role at Shaw Contract EMEA Position Overview The Strategic Account Manager Golf & Performance will focus on managing and growing key strategic accounts within the golf and sports performance vertical. The role will work closely with partners to expand product adoption, ensure operational alignment, and support delivery of innovative turf solutions for gyms, training facilities, golf courses, and simulators. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for strategic performance and golf partners, building trusted relationships with decision-makers. Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies that align with customer goals and Shaws objectives. Conduct quarterly business reviews to track performance and align on future opportunities. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and pursue strategic partnerships in the golf and performance turf markets. Navigate evolving customer needs and adapt strategies quickly to maintain growth momentum. Collaborate with customers to develop sales tools, training resources, and marketing programs. Track account performance against plan and provide reporting and forecasts to leadership. Share best practices and insights across accounts to standardize processes and accelerate adoption. Provide proactive communication to ensure customer confidence in Shaws service, product delivery, and technical support. Act as the first point of escalation for order fulfillment, routing, or service issues impacting accounts. Partner with Operations, Customer Service, and Manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery and order accuracy. Monitor production timelines and communicate updates to customers. Provide customer feedback to internal teams to drive process improvements. Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of 3+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in artificial turf, sports performance, golf, or related industries. Demonstrated ability to manage complex national accounts and deliver growth through strategic planning and execution. Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities. Experience collaborating with operations, manufacturing, and marketing teams to deliver customer solutions. Willingness to travel up to 40% to support customer meetings, site visits, and industry events. Preferred residence in Georgia or nearby areas, proximity to Shaw facilities in Dalton and Calhoun, GA.
