Job Summary Keep the kitchen clean and the operation flowing As a Dishwasher, you will support kitchen operations by ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment. You'll maintain cleanliness standards, contribute to a safe working environment, and ensure readiness for culinary success. Qualifications: Ability to stand for long periods of time Capability to lift/move up to 50 lbs Experience with commercial dishwashing equipment preferred Knowledge of basic sanitation and safety practices Key Responsibilities: Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors and trash stations Operate and maintain dishwashing machinery Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with organizing storage areas and restocking as needed Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
