Warehouse Overages, Shortages, & Damages Associate Keep our communities fed. As an Overage, Shortage & Damages Team Member, you will be part of the team that manages the proper disposition of damaged and returned product. You will receive over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse and repack the salvageable product. Earn $21.00 per hour Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Location: 95 North Hatfield Road, Hatfield, MA You will contribute by: Managing the proper processing of damaged and returned product Receiving over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse to repack what is salvageable Stacking product that cannot be sold to the customers on a pallet, shrink wrapping and loading on a trailer to be shipped to another facility Maintaining record of returned products from inbound trailers Keeping work area clean and sanitary by sweeping and mopping floors and stacking product Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels Having the ability and willingness to follow all material handling equipment safe operating procedures Continually standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift Walking various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc. Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools We offer: Paid training provided Weekly Pay Benefits available from day 1 (medical, dental, vision, company matched 401k) PTO and Holiday Pay offered In certain locations C&S offers $100 towards the purchase of safety shoes Career Progression Opportunities Tuition Reimbursement Employee Health & Wellness program Employee Discounts / Purchasing programs Employee Assistance Program Your work environment may include: Perishable (Refrigerated) about 28?- 60?
