Shift Leader Modern Market Eatery Join to apply for the Shift Leader role at Modern Market Eatery. Base pay range $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr What you'll do: Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and delegate side?work tasks Continuously monitor our food and food quality Perform opening and closing procedures as the manager in charge of those shifts Run the shift while making sure that all employees are taking their given/mandatory breaks at the appropriate time throughout the day Work all stations in the restaurant while recognizing where you are most needed at a given time Assist Manager with other duties as needed What you'll have: Minimum 6 months of restaurant shift?leader experience required Exceptional communication skills Food handler and alcohol service training preferred Ability to coordinate work of self and others Ability to multi?task What you'll get: This position is paid hourly and is eligible for overtime in accordance with laws applicable to the work location. This position is eligible to participate in Tip sharing This benefit can add upwards of $2/hr additional pay and is paid out each pay period.
