EOE/M/F/D NorthBridge Housing Solutions / North Little Rock Housing Authority (NLRHA) is accepting applications for the position of Deputy Director. This position assists the Executive Director in all aspects of the Authority’s operations, with a primary focus on strategic planning, financial oversight, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities Supervise staff and support overall personnel management Interpret federal laws and HUD regulations and translate them into policies and procedures Oversee and coordinate the Executive Board process Assist with personnel-related matters Prepare, consult on, and advise in the development of grant applications Assist with administration of the Capital Grant Fund budget Participate in the development of the Annual and Five-Year Plans Oversee the Finance Department, including budgeting and financial monitoring systems Coordinate special events for the Authority Perform other duties as assigned Required Experience Ten (10) years of progressive management experience, including: Interpreting laws and regulations Supervising both exempt and non-exempt employees Managing HUD public housing programs Working knowledge of accounting and human resources Preferred: Experience with Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Project-Based Voucher (PBV) programs Education Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field from an accredited four-year college Exemplary written and verbal communication skills are required Note: Candidates may be asked during the interview process to demonstrate the ability to draft concise written communications appropriate to the target audience Preferred: At least five (5) years of progressive supervisory experience in HUD Public Housing programs How to Apply Applicants must submit the following: Completed NLRHA application (available online at www.northbridgehs.org) Letter of interest Resume Submit application materials to: Executive Director P.O.
